Bridge Builders

There have been several questions on how the Free Will Baptists in Illinois can help with relief efforts in the flood area in Texas.  Bridge Builders is a Free Will Baptist organization headed up by Jim Dycus (Illinois) and Gary Curry (Oklahoma).

The Free Will Baptist Ministry is sponsoring this Texas Relief through the Bridge Builders for the Cross website.

Bridge Builders for the Cross Statement of Faith:

We Believe:

  • There is one living and true God
  • In the Holy Trinity - Father, Son, and Holy Spirit
  • That the Holy Bible is God’s Word given to us here on Earth
  • We believe in Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, sinless life,  death on the cross, resurrection, second coming, and that it is through Him, and Him only, that we are saved.

Bridge Builders for the Cross History:

Established in 2005, a Christian 501(c)(3) ministry dedicated to bridging the gap between oceans and people with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Fueled by the Great Commission, Bridge Builder’s efforts are directed toward humanitarian aid while applying and sharing the teachings of the Bible.
The organization has grown out of friendship, brotherly love, and Christian service. It’s beginnings can be traced back to a shared burden for the ministry building up of the Cuban people in and around Pinar del Rio, Cuba.
